We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The breakfast selection, especially the Sri Lankan food, was delicious and satisfying. great value for money and conveniently located close to the airport.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the convenience of being close to the city center and having a helpful staff that provided us with a map and tips on local attractions. The hotel also offered a well-maintained swimming pool where we spent most afternoons. the room was well equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The hotel lacked proper hygiene standards. The room was not cleaned properly, and we saw some used utensils in our table.

For our family trip, we found a great location with two restaurants in the hotel. the pool deck was a good place to have a dinner with our friends, while the 2nd floor was more intimate. the Sri Lankan food selection for breakfast was delicious. the hotel is close to the University of Kalaniya and many restaurants on a busy road.

We loved staying at this hotel for its great location close to the University of Kalaniya. There are many restaurants nearby with a variety of cuisines to choose from. We also enjoyed the Sri Lankan food selection for breakfast. It was a convenient location close to the airport and transportation options. The staff was friendly and always helpful.
